Professional Bio
Dr. De Leon attended medical school at the Western University of Health Science, California, and completed his residency in General Surgery at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, Ohio, and a residency in family practice at Nova Southeastern University/Broward General.
Dr. DeLeon is currently a Board Certified Family Practice Physician at the Millennium Physician Group/Naples Medical Center and he is a Board Member of the Naples Medical Center. Dr. De Leon serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida. His most recent experience includes serving as President of the Collier County Osteopathic Society and a Trustee for the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is currently a Director-at-Large for the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. De Leon has been recognized as Physician of the Year by the Collier County Medical Society and he received the President's Recognition Award from FOMA. Dr. De Leon speaks both Spanish and Italian. When he's not teaching or attending to his patients, he may be running, hiking, kayaking, or reading.
