FOMA Family Giving Tree

The FOMA Family Giving Tree is a beautiful dedication tree located on the wall as you enter the FOMA building. It has 100 leaves on it that are available for engraving. We invite you to purchase a leaf for a $1000 donation. You will have 3 lines of text to put on your 1.5" x 3.5" leaf. These leaves can be purchased as a beautiful and long-lasting way to honor and/or to dedicate in memory of loved ones or other members in the profession. The leaves are offered on a first-come first-serve basis, so make sure to make your donation now to ensure your leaf on the FOMA Family Tree.
